Perhaps instead of using the term "40 block" the reporter might give us a reference that most of us can understand.

Hi Chris, The term 40 block means the home was between the addresses of 40 to 49 but the Fanwood PD did not release the specific address of the home.

Perhaps this reporter could also clarify "Jan. 25" and "Jan. 30" in a reference most of us can understand. By "Jan 25" does Nicole really mean Xin-mao Gui-chou?
