Plainfield Woman Arrested for Giving False ID to Cops

The woman provided Fanwood police with a fake New Jersey driver's license.

Lying to police officers is never a good idea.

At 11:26 a.m. on Monday, June 29, Jacqueline Pollard, 45, of Plainfield, was arrested by Fanwood police for giving officers false identification. Pollard was stopped at the intersection of South Avenue and Terrill Road for a motor vehicle violation. When she provided police with a fraudulent New Jersey driver's license, she was arrested for hindering her own apprehension.

Pollard posted bail and was released.
