January 15, 2013:
James Ashe, 45, of Montclair N.J. was arrested for a $750 outstanding warrant issued by the Scotch Plains court.  Officer Rites stopped Ashe for a motor vehicle violation on Park Avenue and discovered the warrant.  He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

January 15, 2013: Jhoan Delima, 25, of Elizabeth N.J. was arrested for a $1,350 outstanding warrant issued by the Scotch Plains court.  Officer B. Belford stopped Delima for a motor vehicle violation on East Second Street and discovered the warrant.  He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed released.


January 16, 2013: Mandel Sly, 24, of Scotch Plains was arrested for a $2,500 outstanding warrant issued by the Scotch Plains court.  Officer Rites stopped Sly for a motor vehicle violation on Route 22 and discovered the warrant.  He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.


January 19, 2013:  Rodolfo Chozo, 30, of  Plainfield was arrested for Obstruction of Justice.  At approximately 1:00 a.m.  Officer Everitt responded to a report of a disturbance in the parking lot of a Park Avenue bar.  While Officer Everitt was investigating, Chozo refused to listen to his instructions then he attempted to run away.  Officer Everitt placed Chozo under arrest.  He was transported to H.Q. where she was processed and released.
