Scotch Plains Blotter: Warrant and Marijuana Possessions Arrests

The following information was provided by the Scotch Plains Police Department.

January 12, 2013: Andrea Evely Age. 24 of Plainfield N.J. was arrested for a $165 outstanding warrant issued by the Fanwood court.  Officer Budzinski stopped Evely for a motor vehicle violation on Route 22 and discovered the warrant.  She was transported to H.Q. where she was processed and released.

January 12, 2013:  Carolyn Romano Age. 19 of Colchester Ct. was arrested for Possession of Marijuana Officer Von Langen stopped Romano for a motor vehicle violation on West Broad Street and while speaking with her he observed the Marijuana.  Romano was arrested and transported to H.Q. where she was processed and released.

January 13, 2013: Kenny Leon Age. 22 of North Plainfield N.J. was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.  Officer Pearson stopped Leon for a motor vehicle violation on Front Street and while speaking with him he observed the marijuana, after investigating further, additional marijuana was discovered.  He was arrested and transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.
