Scotch Plains Resident Reports Burglary
The resident had his GPS stolen from his vehicle.
A resident of Kevin Road in Scotch Plains reported being a victim of burglary on Saturday.
The homeowner told police that an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and removed his GPS, valued at approximately $150.
It's not known whether this incident is related to similar vehicle-related thefts that have occurred in the area recently, but police are still advising residents to keep their home and car doors locked, and to be on the lookout for anything suspicious in their neighborhoods.
