Scotch Plains Residents Report Thefts From Vehicles
Thieves entered the vehicles through unlocked doors and took cash and an iPod, according to the residents.
Two Scotch Plains residents recently reported having items stolen from their unlocked cars, according to Scotch Plains Police.
On Sept. 18, a resident of Muir Terrace reported that sometime overnight unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and removed several hundred dollars.
On Sept. 21, a resident of Redwood Road reported that sometime overnight unknown suspect(s) entered her vehicle and removed an iPod. Entrance was also gained through an unlocked door.
