The Fanwood Blotter: Clark Woman Arrested for DWI

On 0422/2013 @ 2:15 PM Officer made a M.V. stop @ South Ave. & Terrill Rd. for a M.V. violation. A check of the driver shows an active warrant out of South Plainfield. The driver was arrested, processed and turned over to South Plainfield P.D. Defendant is a Winston Dillard Jr. 31 year old male from Norfold, Va.  

On 04/25/2013 @ 8:15 PM Officer on a field investigation in the 75 block of Martine Ave. found a person with an active warrant out of North Plainfield. This person was arrested, processed and released by North Plainfield P.D. Defendant is a Fredrick Jackson 21 year old male from Plainfield.  

Between 04/25/2013 & 04/26/2013 a business in the 100 block of South Ave. reported illegal dumping of garbage in the owner's dumpster. Incident is under investigation.  

On 04/27/2013 @ 1:21 AM Officer made a M.V. stop at South Martine Ave. & Coriell Ave. for a M.V. violation. While the Officer was speaking with the driver he could detect a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the inside of the vehicle. The Officer asked the driver to step out of the vehicle for some field sobriety tests which she was unable to complete. The driver was arrested, processed charged with D.W.I. and released to a responsible person. Defendant is a Maria Borowski 23 year old female from Clark.
