Vandals Damage Building at Forest Road Park

Spray paint was found on one of the storage buildings there.

Fanwood police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief at Forest Road Park last week.

Sgt. Thomas Jedic said that at 11:32 a.m. on July 28, police discovered that someone had sprayed paint on one of the storage buildings at Forest Road Park. No one has been arrested yet. The incident is still under investigation.

This isn't the first case of vandalism at the park this summer. On June 21, Fanwood police arrested one 13-year-old Fanwood boy and two 13-year-old Scotch Plains boys when they were found at Forest Road Park with cans of spray paint in their hands.
