Westfield Police Investigating Brown Avenue Home Burglary
Burglary occurred Friday afternoon.
Westfield police after actively investigating a home burglary that took place Friday afternoon on Brown Avenue.
Westfield Police Chief David Wayman said police are interviewing suspects and added that he could not provide additional details at this time as the investigation is ongoing. Wayman did note suspects forced their way into the home.
Westfield residents reported seeing multiple Westfield and Scotch Plains police cars in the Brightwood Park area before 1 p.m. Friday.
