    2. Resolution No. 2013-43 - Resolution authorizing the Township’s Special Tax Counsel to enter into a Stipulation of Settlement Relative to the Tax Appeal Captioned Olive Prop., L.L.C. Vs. Township Of Scotch Plains .

  • Resolution No. 2013-44 – Resolution authorizing transfer of funds.

    1. Resolution No. 2013-45 – Resolution approving implementation of the Shared Services Coordinating Council objective of timely notification of bids for goods and services.

    2. Resolution No. 2013-46 – Resolution approving the appointment of Jersey Professional Management for the 2013 Shared Services initiative.

    3. Resolution No. 2013-47 - Resolution Covenanting Compliance with the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 designating the 2013 Note as a “Qualified Tax Exempt” Obligation.

  • Resolution No. 2013-52 - Resolution authorizing the Township to award a contract to International Salt Company, Atlantic Salt Inc. and Cargill for the purchase of rock salt under the Union County Cooperative Purchasing Agreement in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.

  • Resolution No. 2013-53 - This Resolution authorizing the Township to award a contract to Weldon Materials, Inc. for the purchase of bituminous roadway materials under the Union County Cooperative Purchasing Agreement in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.

  • Resolution No. 2013-54 - Resolution authorizing the Township to award a contract to Denville Line Painting for the striping of bituminous surfaces under the Morris County Cooperative Purchasing Agreement in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.

  • Resolution No. 2013-55 - Resolution authorizing the Township to award a contract to Read Auto Parts, for the purchase of Automotive Parts and Accessories under New Jersey State Contract in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00.

    • 21. Resolution No. 2013-56 - Resolution authorizing the Tax Assessor and Tax Appeal Attorney to File Counterclaims on 2013 tax appeals.
