  • Resolution No. 2013-59 - Resolution authorizing a New Jersey State Contract Lease/Purchase of two 2013 Police Interceptor vehicles from Winner Ford for an amount not to exceed $67,501.06.

    1. Resolution No. 2013-60 – Resolution authorizing a Shared Services Agreement with the Borough of Fanwood for the Procurement and Operation of an Emergency Advisory A.M. Radio Station

    2. Resolution No. 2013-61 – Resolution authorizing the award of contracts for debris removal – specifically stump-grinding - under New Jersey State Contract, to AshBritt, Inc. in a total amount not to exceed $30,000.00.

    3. Resolution No. 2013-62 –Resolution authorizing the award of contracts for debris removal – specifically stump-grinding - under New Jersey State Contract, to Ceres Environmental in an amount not to exceed $16,000, and T.F.R. Enterprises, Inc. in amount not to exceed $50,000.00.

  • Resolution No. 2013-63 – Resolution appointing the Scotch Plains Township representatives to the Courage to Reconnect Scotch Plains/Fanwood Municipal Consolidation Study Commission.

    EXECUTIVE SESSION ADJOURNMENT

    In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), the Township of Scotch Plains does not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of Scotch Plains should contact Municipal Manager/Township of Scotch Plains designated ADA Coordinator Henry Underhill as soon as possible before the scheduled event. Notifying the ADA coordinator at least 72 hours in advance will enable the Township to arrange for appropriate resources. The ADA does not require the Township of Scotch Plains to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services, or impose an undue financial or administrative burden. Complaints that a program, service, or activity of Scotch Plains is not accessible to or inclusive of persons with disabilities should be directed to Municipal Manager/Township of Scotch Plains designated ADA Coordinator Henry Underhill.
