The Scotch Plains Mayor and Council will hold their Nov. 20 conference meeting at 7p.m. following an executive session.  The Business Meeting will follow the conference meeting at roughly 8 p.m.

    1. Resolution No. 2012-179 - Resolution authorizing an Emergency Appropriation created by the unprecedented severe weather conditions caused by Hurricane Sandy.

  • Resolution No. 2012-180 - Resolution authorizing a Shared Services Agreement with the County of Union for the purchase of fuel during Hurricane Sandy.

  • Resolution No. 2012-181 – Resolution authorizing the Execution of a Grant Agreement in the amount of $8,010.00 for the Greening Union County Grant Program sponsored by the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders.

  • Resolution No. 2012-182 - Resolution authorizing the Township to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Westfield for the 2012-2013 leaf collection services.

  • Resolution No. 2012-183 – Resolution approving a permit fee waiver to the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education for installation of a generator.

  • Resolution No. 2012-184 – Resolution authorizing the Transfer of Funds.

  • Resolution No. 2012-185 – Resolution authorizing the inclusion of a Special Item of Revenue in the 2012 Municipal Budget – State of New Jersey, Recycling Tonnage Grant.

    1. Resolution No. 2012-186 – Resolution approving appointments to the Planning Board.

    2. Resolution No. 2012-187 - Resolution authorizing an amendment to the contract awarded for the 2012 Tree Removal, Tree Trimming and Stump Grinding to increase the award amount to include additional funding for tree related services.

    3. Resolution No. 2012-188 – Resolution authorizing the execution of a Redevelopment Agreement between the Township of Scotch Plains and NJ Golf Partners LLC relative to the residential units to be built on a portion of the Shackamaxon Golf & Country Club property.

    4. Resolution No. 2012-189 - Resolution authorizing an amendment to the contract to Weldon Materials, Inc. for the purchase of bituminous roadway materials under the Union County Cooperative Purchasing Agreement to increase the award amount.

    2. Introduction of Ordinance No. 2012-19 – An Ordinance amending Chapter VII of the Township Code entitled, “Traffic” by reducing the speed limit along portions of Terrill Road.
