Brief: FW Planning Board Approves Downtown Redevelopment Amendments

The board unanimously votes to adjust the construction and parking plans for the borough's business district.

The Fanwood Planning Board unanimously approved amendments to the borough's downtown redevelopment plan Wednesday night. The changes address the layout, configuration and heights of proposed buildings for Martine Avenue and South Avenue, and adjust planned parking lot arrangements in the LaGrande Avenue lot. The amendments will go before the Fanwood Borough Council Sept. 24 for final approval.
