Brief: SP to Hold Storm Branch Pickup
Collection will take place Tuesday, Sept. 6.
Scotch Plains will collect branches and tree-limbs knocked down by Hurricane Irene beginning next Tuesday, Sept. 6, according to Township Manager Christopher Marion. Members of the Department of Public Works will make one pass only. Residents are asked to put all branches and limbs in the roadway along the curb before Sept. 6.
