Campaign Press Release: FW Dems to Host Sen. Lautenberg

United States Senator Frank Lautenberg will be the featured guest at a dinner to kick off the re-election campaign of Fanwood Democratic Mayor Colleen Mahr, and Fanwood Democratic Candidates, Councilman Russell Huegel and Council Candidate Kevin Boris.  This family-friendly event will be hosted at Mayor Mahr’s home on Monday, Sept. 26, starting at 6 p.m. 

Fanwood families are invited to join the Senator at the Mayor’s home to discuss their local, state and federal concerns, meet the local candidates and enjoy the opportunity to meet all Fanwoodians who share similar concerns.

Families and guests are ask to bring a donation of non-perishable food items that will be given to the Fanwood Food Pantry to aid those less fortunate or make a recommended donation of $30.

“I am thrilled to open the doors to my home to local community members and to welcome the esteemed United States Senator to Fanwood,” said Mayor Mahr.  “This is a great time to invite local residents to meet with their United States Senator and make a much needed contribution to the Fanwood food pantry in these trying times.”
