An H1N1 vaccination clinic will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at Westfield High School.The clinic, which is open to Fanwood residents, will feature a live vacine nasal spray.
FOR THE FOLLOWING POPULATIONS ONLY:- Healthy individuals (no chronic health conditions) ages 2-24 years
- Healthy individuals (no chronic health conditions) who are NOT OLDER than 49 AND Are a primary caregiver for an infant under 6 months OR Are a licensed health care worker with direct patient contact
- Healthy individuals (no chronic health conditions) who are NOT OLDER than 49 AND Are a primary caregiver for an infant under 6 months OR Are a licensed health care worker with direct patient contact
