An H1N1 flu shot vaccination clinic will be held Monday, Nov. 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Summit High School.
FOR THE FOLLOWING POPULATIONS ONLY:- Preganant women
- All individuals 6 months -24 years
- Individuals UNDER 65 with chronic health conditions
- Caregivers of infants under 6 months of age
- Licensed health care workers with direct patient contact
It is important for residents to understand that if they do not fit into the above criteria, they will not receive vaccination at these particular clinics.
