Fanwood to Sign Addendum to Redevelopment Agreement
On Dec. 31 Fanwood will hold a special meeting to sign an addendum to the Redevelopment Agreement with Elite Properties LLC.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING, DEC. 31, 2012
A Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council has been scheduled for Monday, December 31, 2012, to be held in the Mayor and Council Chambers, Fanwood Borough Hall, 75 N. Martine Avenue, Fanwood, NJ, at 4:00 PM to authortize the Mayor and Clerk to sign an addendum to the Redevelopment Agreement with Elite Properties LLC. Official action will be taken.
Public Inivted to Annual Reogranization Meeting
A special Reorganization Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 1, 2013, 12 noon, Council Chambers, Fanwood Borough Hall, 75 N. Martine Avenue. Agenda items are as follows: swearing in of new Council persons; adoption of by-laws; adoption of 2012 temporary budget; appointment of officers, commissions and boards; and professional services contracts. Official action will be taken. The public is invited. Get get there early for seating. Meeting will also be carried live on Comcast channel 35.
