Scotch Plains Planning Board Meeting Cancelled Tuesday

The Scotch Plains Planning Board will not meet Tuesday, July 12, board secretary Barbara Horev said in a phone interview. It lacked the members needed to form a quorum. The board will reconvene Monday, July 26, Horev said, and resume hearings regarding Union Catholic High School's proposals for further developing the school's baseball facility.
