Photos: Feb. 25 Mahr Democratic Fundraiser with Sen. Barbara Buono

Gubernatorial candidate Sen. Barbara Buono visited Mayor Colleen Mahr's democratic fundraiser at Darby Road.

The following information was provided by the Fanwood Democrats.

Fanwood Mayor Colleen Mahr, also Fanwood's Democratic Chairperson, rallied support for Sen. Buono's candidacy. Buono is challenging incumbent Chris Christie in this year's November election.

For her part, Sen. Buono told the approx. 100 people at the event that she would fight for middle class New Jerseyans who, in her view, have lost their voice in Trenton. The enthusiastic crowd of supporters cheered her, Mayor Mahr and Assemblywoman Linda Stender.

Others present at the event included Union County Sheriff Ralph Froehlich, County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi, Scotch Plains Mayor Kevin Glover and Roselle Mayor Jamel Holley.

The people most responsible for the flight of middle class jobs out of our state get together and fret of the plight of the middle class. What a laugh, these women (even the men are quite effeminate) are so far left in their worldview, we are fortunate to have been able to afford their folly to date. Is this a North Korean video or a Stender/Mahr press release? I can't tell http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/4839271/North-Korean-video-shows-dystopian-America.html#ooid=YwMGI1YTrifS7Z-DXcJO2qLZuSVsetG1
