Satisfied with Comcast? Fanwood Officials Want to Know
The municipality is preparing to renegotiate its 10-year contract with the cable provider.
The Borough of Fanwood is asking for residents' help.
Officials are in the process of its every 10 years contract renegotiation with with Comcast to deliver television, telephone and Internet service for the municipality.
The municipal website features a message urging Fanwood Comcast customers to download and complete a survey. The questionnaire's aim is to dtermine how satisfied local residents are with Comcast, the performance of its employees and its range of Xfinity services.
Once completed, the survey should be and return it to the borough at the address indicated.
