Brunner PTA to conduct Clothing Drive

Scotch  Plains -- The Howard B. Brunner Elementary School PTA will hold a clothing drive Saturday, May 7 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. to benefit the school PTA initiatives.

Acceptable items include: clean, usable and wearable clothing (men's, women's and children's), shoes and accessories (handbags, belts, scarves, ties, hats), also soft household items (bedding, curtains, tablecloths, towels), stuffed animals and toys.   Please note, they will no longer accept over sized toys, strollers, high chairs, car seats, play centers, bouncers, walkers and swings, in addition to no outdoor toys, books, VCR tapes or CD’s. They will only accept hard toys which fit a 24”x24”x21” box.

Items need to be contained in closed plastic bags and dropped off at Howard B. Brunner Elementary School, 721 Westfield Road, Scotch
Plains, under the awning by the flag pole before 2 p.m. Sat., May 7.  Due to lack of storage, no early drop-offs please.
