College Support for Students with Learning Differences (LD) or ADHD - Scoth Plains Public Library

The Scotch Plains Public Library welcomes Rana Slosberg, of Slosberg College Solutions LLC, who will present a program to assist students with learning differences, and their parents, with finding the support they need in college on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 7:00 pm.

This program will address common concerns students may have as they navigate their college experience.  Topics include college as compared to high school, whether to disclose LD or ADHD at college, classes of support available in college with descriptions of that support, and how to learn about support at a particular college.

This program is free and open to all interested participants. Attendees are encouraged to register through the library’s website: http://www.scotlib.org or by phone: 908-322-
5007, x.204 or e-mail library@scotlib.org .
