Eat, Cook & Learn with a Variety of Whole Grains - Fanwood/Scotch Plains YMCA

The Fanwood/Scotch Plains YMCA is offering a Eat, Cook & Learn with a Variety of Whole Grains demonstration.  This event will take place on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 beginning at 7:00pm.  This demonstration for soups, salads and sides will show you how to with healthy whole grains.  Our new kitchen is the venue for this evening, located at 1340 Martine Avenue, Scotch Plains, NJ.  All participants will get a taste of what was made and will get great recipes.  The fee for this event is $10.00 and registration is required by March 14th.  For more information please call, (908) 889-8880.
