Estate Planning and Elder Law

Are you caring for an aging parent?  Attorney Benjamin Eckman will present a program on estate planning and elder law at the Scotch Plains Public Library on Monday, November 15th at 7:00 PM.

Program participants will learn about smart estate planning, wills, ethical considerations, power of attorney, trusts, advanced medical directives, guardianship vs. conservatorship, and more issues having to do with caring for aging relatives.
