JCC Teaching Kitchens Classes - Gil Marks

JCC Teaching Kitchens is hosting an evening with Gil Marks, author of Encyclopedia of Jewish Food.  This event will take place on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 7:00pm.  Rabbi Gil Marks will demonstrate how to cook traditional Jewish dishes from around the world.  Delicious samples will be give out to all participants.  Rabbi's books Encyclopedia of Jewish Food and Olive Trees and Honey are available for purchase in advance at the JCC member Services Desk or at class.  A book signing will take place after class.  Space is limited, members $22, community participants $26, book cost with class $25, book without class $30.  For more information and to register visit www.jccnj.org.  Non-members please call 908-889-8800 to register.  The JCC is located at 1391 Martine Avenue, Scotch Plains, NJ.
