Science Exploration Workshops - Register by September 27

The Fanwood Recreation is hosting Junior Scientists, Science Exploration Workshop, Conducted by Smartycat Kids beginning October 4, 2011 and running for 10 sessions, register by September 27, 2011.

At Smartycat Kids, we’re all about making learning science fun!  Using fully hands-on experiments, we cover many areas of basic science, including: biology, chemistry, physics, engineering, technology, earth science, and green science.  Would your child enjoy activities such as: Creating chemical reactions that ooze, fog, erupt, or change color…  Exploring physical forces with air rockets, airplane gliders, or a hair-raising static electricity generator… Designing and constructing engineering projects such as model roller coasters, bridges, or skyscrapers… Building robots or RC vehicles,  Exploring outer space, Studying live animals… and much more! Time:   10 sessions, beginning October 4
Ages:    4–6 years: Tuesdays 4:30–5:15 pm
Ages:    7-10: Tuesdays 5:30–6:15 pm
Place:   Forest Road Park building
Fee:     $155; registration due by September 27
