Westminster Preschool celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday with Cat in the Hat crafts, snacks and parent guest readers. This kicked off the "Read Across America" Kite campaign where the children keep track of the books they read by adding to their kite tails.  Pictured is Mrs. Many with her homemade Cat in the Hat treats.
