YogaFit Level II Training at Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA

Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA is offering YogaFit Teacher Training Level ll on April 10 and 11, 2010.

To participate in this exceptional training, you must have completed YogaFit Teacher Training Level l.  This training will teach you new advanced poses, modifications, and verbal adjustments. You will increase your flexibility & strength, develop more confidence, cultivate more flow, and create more powerful classes to advance yourself and your students.

YogaFit Level ll runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days, April 10 and 11.
