From the looks of all our first-day-of-school photos, students in Scotch Plains-Fanwood seemed pretty happy to be back hitting the books.

Patch Contributor Cindy Loh and reader Rachel Barash submitted these photos to us of their children on the first day. Loh's children headed off to McGinn Elementary and Terrill Middle School, while Barash dropped hers off at Coles Elementary.
