Union Catholic Athlete of the Week: Julie Monroy
The senior was named the school's top student-athlete.
Name: Julie Monroy
Sport: Volleyball
Position: Outside Hitter
Year: Senior
Accomplishments: Monroy recorded 18 kills, a season-high, in a win over Roselle Catholic on Sept. 27, and her 139 kills are currently the second-most in the state. Her excellent serving has earned her 63 service points with seven aces, as well as an impressive 10-2 team record.
