Community Update

Scotch Plains-Fanwood has a new Director of Special Services! Mr. Tom Beese retired over the summer after many years of service to this district and will return to teaching at the new Newmark School. The BOE has approved hiring Linda Edwards of the Livingston school district to be our new Director. She served 2 years as Supervisor of special services in Livingston. Parents there are sorry to see her go and are saying they're sure we'll be very pleased having Linda oversee our program. We welcome Linda and hope to form a collaborative atmosphere in meeting the needs of our children.
