One of Plainfield’s architectural gems, Crescent Avenue Presbyterian Church is loaded with history and spirit. Long known for its high quality sacred music, its amazing Gilbert Adams built pipe organ and its concert quality choir, the church is the massive neo-gothic structure on the corners of Watchung, Seventh, and Crescent avenues and stands as not only an historical witness of Christian faith but as a living and vibrating community seeking to reach out to the community and the world beyond.

Its missions include distributing lunches each week to those in need, preparing monthly meals offered at the nearby YMCA, and participating in mission trips to support projects far and near.
