Senior Aerobics/Strength Training
This is a strength training (using hand weights and bands - provided) and floor aerobic exercise class.  You will need to fill out a medical release form prior class start date.  These forms are available at the Recreations Office.  There is a maximum of 20 people.  This is a first come first serve basis, so reserve your spot early.

This four week class takes place on Tuesday and Thursday, starting March 2nd and ending the 25th.  Start time is 10:15 am - 11:15am.  It will take place at the Town House at Green Forest Park.  Residents $5, Non-Residents $10
