Senior YogaFit was developed to provide training for current fitness instructors to meet the needs of Seniors in regard to flexibility, strength and balance.
By taking YogaFits' Senior Teacher Training Workshop, you can offer this method of exercise knowing it meets all industry standards. YogaFit Kids is a great way for children to learn to enjoy movement, to increase body awareness and self-esteem, and to begin taking responsibility for their overall health.
Both Yoga Fit Workshops run from 8am-6pm.
