SPF Raiders 4th Grade Team Wins Season Opener

Raiders 4th Grade team wins season opener against Sayre Woods South, 20-13.

The Scotch Plains-Fanwood-PAL 4th grade Raiders started the season strong with a solid win in their first game on Sunday, dominating the Sayre Woods South Rebels right out of the gate.

They took the lead with a touchdown scored by running back Sean Kennedy in their first possession.  The offense did not let up, with Shawn Martin reaching the end zone for another TD.

QB Hayden Widder ran in the third touchdown, and Max Oross caught a pass to score the extra point. 

The final score was 20-13.
