Check out the photos of Kristi's visit to the library and learn more about the summer reading program at the Fanwood Memorial Library.

The Summer Reading Program at the Fanwood Memorial Library began with a book-signing by author 1992 Olympic Gold Medalist Kristi Yamaguchi.

Dozens gathered on the front lawn as the star skater read passages from her two new New York Time's Bestselling childrens books, DREAM BIG, LITTLE PIG! and IT’S A BIG WORLD, LITTLE PIG!

"As an athlete, artist, author, wife, mother and philanthropist, Kristi embodies the word champion," Fanwood Childrens Librarian, Susan Staub said. "Her motto is "Always Dream," and Kristi's accomplishments prove that dreams can come true with hard work and dedication."

For almost 20 years, she has championed the work of the foundation, continuing to inspire children and supporting the local community.
