Newcomers Club Announces Fall Meet-and-Greet

The Scotch Plains–Fanwood Newcomers’ Club invites new residents and those who have been through a recent life change, such as marriage, a new baby, or change of employment, to attend the club’s “Fall Meet and Greet” on Thursday, Oct. 13, at 8 p.m. at the recreation building, according to a press release distributed by the club.

At the meeting, current members will highlight club activities, such as children’s playgroups, community outreach, ladies night out, toddler adventures, morning coffee, movie night, walking groups, and book discussion. Gifts donated by local businesses will also be raffled off at the event.
