Townwide Garage Sale to be Held Saturday

The Scotch Plains Junior Women's Club will hold their annual townwide garage sale on Saturday, June 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

More than 80 homes have registered and will be holding their own garage sales. The SPJWC has compiled a list of the homes, some details of what each has to sell and a map with coordinates to aid the shoppers in finding the registered homes. The lists will be available on their website to download - spjwc.com – starting Friday. Limited copies will be available at the Quick Chek in Fanwood and the Quick Chek in Scotch Plains starting Friday afternoon, and at Fanwood Bagel Saturday morning.  

This fundraiser allows the SPJWC to give back to the community through local charities such as the Tuiny Tim Fund, Emmanuel Cancer Foundation, the local food pantry and the Scotch Plains Rescue Squad.  

For those who can't make it on Saturday, the fall townwide garage sale is at the end of September; look for registration information on spjwc.com in August.
