Ower Bruce Starnes told me tough luck after his delivery man left my 50th birthday fruit basket from my cousin in VA with a cleaning lady who was walking out the door and told them that we were not home and on vacation in California. Now my gift is a rotten, moldy , fermenting basket that sat for 3-4 days until we got home. He said ough luck lady someone was there to sign for it- even after she said we were away- dump and run move on to the next customer. Very poor treatment of customers. I was shocked by his callous reaction. Stay away!!!
