Fanwood Memorial Library is the public library for Fanwood. Located off North Avenue, the library's collection contains nearly 50,000 items, including DVDs, books-on tape, videos, free public high-speed access to the Internet, over 100 magazine subscriptions, online access to a wide variety of electronic resources and much more. The director is Dan Weiss.
Thanks to a reciprocal borrowing program with the Scotch Plains Public Library, residents of Fanwood are able to check out items there as well.
- Hours: Mon, Tue, Thu, 10am - 9pm; Wed, Fri, Sat, 10am - 5pm; Sun, closed. The Children's Department closes at 7:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
