Bramnick Takes His Comedy Act on the Road for Charity
The lawmaker and comedian has shows lined up in March and April.
You're heard the expresssion good for a laugh, how about a laugh for good? Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick ( R-Union) is not only a trial lawyer, he's also a comedian and over the next month he will perform two shows for charity. A Westfield resident, Bramnick, who is serving his fifth term in the New Jersey General Assembly representing Union, Somerset and Morris Counties in the 21st District, holds the title “Funniest Lawyer in New Jersey” after winning contests sponsored by the bar association at Rascals Comedy Club. Bramnick, 59, said more than two decades ago his wife entered him in the comedy contest and he's been hooked ever since.
