D.W.I. Arrests September 23, 2012: At 1:02 a.m. an officer was following a vehicle east on South Avenue when he observed the vehicle weaving. The Officer made a motor vehicle stop and while speaking with the driver he could detect a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle. The driver was asked to exit the vehicle for field sobriety test which he was unable to perform.
