The Maccabi Sports Camp is open to children from First to Fourth grade.
The following information is provided by the JCC of Central New Jersey. Beginning Summer 2013, the JCC of Central New Jersey’s Camp Yachad is adding a sports day camp to its programming. The Maccabi Sports Camp, for 1st – 4th graders, will be at the expansive Wardlaw-Hartridge School campus in Edison, NJ. Campers will have access to Wardlaw’s fields, tennis courts, gymnasium and indoor pool. The perfect program for the young sports enthusiast, the Maccabi Sports Camp will focus on soccer, baseball/softball, lacrosse, flag football, basketball and tennis. Jennifer Mamlet of Westfield will serve as the JCC on Martine Avenue's new Executive Director.
The JCC of Central Jersey recently hired a new Executive Director who formerly held the position of Senior Vice President of Development at the Advertising Council. Jennifer Mamlet took the reigns Jan. 14 as the JCC in Scotch Plains’ new executive director. Mamlet started her career as a social worker and also served as the Director of (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education (S.C.O.P.E).
