The following information was provided by the Scotch Plains Police Department. January 12, 2013: Andrea Evely Age. 24 of Plainfield N.J. was arrested for a $165 outstanding warrant issued by the Fanwood court. Officer Budzinski stopped Evely for a motor vehicle violation on Route 22 and discovered the warrant. She was transported to H.Q. where she was processed and released. January 12, 2013: Carolyn Romano Age. 19 of Colchester Ct. was arrested for Possession of Marijuana Officer Von Langen stopped Romano for a motor vehicle violation on West Broad Street and while speaking with her he observed the Marijuana.
