Update, 10:25 p.m. Residents of Scotch Plains and Fanwood should have power restored as of 10:25 p.m., according to the PSE&G outage map. Update, 9:45 p.m. The PSE&G Outage map is now reporting between 1-500 residents of Fanwood are without power. Original story, 9:30 p.m. Residents of Scotch Plains and Fanwood reported experiencing power outages a little before 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening. According to the PSE&G outage center, between 501 and 2,000 Scotch Plains residents are currently without power. Also, the map reports no outages for Fanwood residents.
