Letter to the Editor: SPMC Chairman Thanks Those Who Made Holiday at the North Pole a Success

On behalf of the Scotch Plains Management Corporation, Dominick Verdic thanks all of the residents who made the event a success.

To the Scotch Plains Patch:     On behalf of the Scotch Plains Management Corporation (SPMC), I wish to thank everyone who made our first ever "Holiday Party at the North Pole" on December 15 such a success:- to Lisa Schiller who hosted the event at Bigg Playdate and provided an afternoon of entertainment and refreshments;- to our friend Robert LaCosta for ushered in Santa's arrival with his stylish "sleigh";- to Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their elves who delighted our little guests and posed for some 100 free photos of more than 150 people;- to the SPMC staff who coordinated the photo shoot and drawing for the giant toy-filled Christmas stocking;- to Mayor-Elect Kevin Glover and Mrs. Joanne Glover who visited our North Pole and drew the …

Holiday Party at the North Pole on Dec. 15

You could win an eight-foot stocking filled with goodies at the Dec. 15 holiday party at Bigg Playdate in Scotch Plains.

SPMC “HOLIDAY PARTY AT THE NORTH POLE” ARRIVES  SATURDAY, DECEMBER 15 Free photos with Santa and a drawing for an eight-foot, toy-filled Christmas stocking will highlight a “Holiday Party at the North Pole” sponsored by the Scotch Plains Management Corporation (SPMC) and hosted by Bigg Playdate, 1730 E. Second Street, Scotch Plains, on Saturday, December 15, noon – 3 pm.  In addition to the SPMC’s free instant photos and stocking drawing, an afternoon of free entertainment will be provided by Bigg Playdate, including balloon sculpting, music, caroling, tattoos, free hot and frozen hot chocolate, and a free chocolate dipping station.
