Poet Adele Kenny of Fanwood Receives International Award
Fanwood's Poet Laureate received the prestigious award for her collection of poems entitled "What Matters."
Fanwood poet Adele Kenny has been awarded the International Book Award in poetry for her book, “What Matters,” published by Welcome Rain Publishers (New York, NY) last autumn. JPX Media Group, the parent company of USA Book News, announced the winners and finalists of the 2012 International Book Awards on May 23. “The 2012 results represent a phenomenal mix of books from a wide array of publishers throughout the world,” Jeffrey Keen, President and CEO of JPX said. “What Matters” is a collection of poems that deals with memory, mortality and survival.
