  Two top officials of the East Orange Water Commission (EOWC), which serves South Orange, have been charged with manipulating water test results, according to Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa. An expectant mother lost her baby after she was struck while driving on Route 206 in Chester Township Tuesday afternoon, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said. Manuel Rodriguez, 50, of New Brunswick and Bennie Haynes, 53, of Dayton, a former U.S. Postal Service mail carrier, pleaded guilty for their roles in one of the nation’s largest and longest running stolen identity refund fraud schemes, U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman announced on Monday.   Friends and family came to the aid of a 40-year-old Delran woman -- bringing her food, paying for her wedding and fundraising thousands of dollars -- believing she was dying of bladder cancer. Police now say she was never diagnosed nor treated for the deadly disease. A 20-year-old Hamilton Township resident was charged with multiple counts of making terroristic threats, theft of services and harassment for allegedly terrorizing random victims on Facebook since the summer.  A new, reportedly healthier school lunch program being offered in Parsippany public schools has not received an enthusiastic welcome from some students at Parsippany Hills High School.
