Scotch Plains Mayor's Gala Tickets on Sale Now

The Scotch Plains Mayor’s Gala Committee is pleased to announce that tickets for the 2013 Mayor’s Gala are now on sale. 

The event, which will take place on Friday, Dec. 6 from 7 p.m. to midnight at the Shackamaxon Country Club, is $65 per person, which includes a sit-down dinner.  Tickets can be bought at the Recreation Department or online by visiting the township’s website, www.scotchplainsnj.gov, clicking the link “Communty Pass” and selecting 2013 Mayor’s Gala.

The gala, which serves as a way to honor volunteers and non-profit organizations within the Scotch Plains community, will honor the following:

Male Volunteer of the Year: Edward Zazzali

Female Volunteer of the Year: Grace Cheney

Volunteer Organizations of the Year: Jerseyland Community Center & Scotch Plains Golden Agers

Proceeds raised from the gala are donated to the Volunteer Organizations as well as to the Municipal Alliance Committee.
